Rochard Toaster Limoges Box with Three Slices of Toast

This toaster will never burn the bread: it is a Rochard Limoges box in porcelain, and its three slices of toast lift out as separate pieces. Everything was shaped and painted by hand in Limoges, France.

Rise and Shine

Few kitchen sounds are as cheerful as the pop of the toaster on a busy morning. This piece captures that everyday ritual with a wink, turning a humble appliance into something worth displaying. The removable slices add a playful touch that guests can never resist picking up.

Popped and Ready

• A Rochard design, hand-painted in Limoges, France
• Three slices of toast that lift out separately
• Fits a kitchen, breakfast or retro appliance collection

The Breakfast Counter

Set it on a kitchen shelf near the coffee maker, in a breakfast nook or on an open shelf with vintage canisters. It makes a fun housewarming present for a couple setting up their first kitchen, a wedding shower present or a thank-you for a friend who hosts the best brunch. Keep all three slices together so the toaster never comes up short. Collectors of quirky kitchen pieces tend to give it a front row spot.
